Finding people who you can relate to in the same situation. How much the community matters. Having people in your life who support you, encourage you, and whom you can talk to. After meditation, open your eyes like you’re opening them for the very first time. Ask better questions instead of asking why this is happening to me. Let’s expect problems and let’s have fun solving them and having fun while dealing with problems.

What if this person is just a human trying to do life just like you are? This person is also trying to navigate a relationship with you, and they are seeing it from their own perspective and lens. And I completely understand that there are times when you need to do something different than you’ve done before.

A diagnosis can be a huge relief when you finally know what it is, so then you can do something about it. I used it as fuel for my healing. I didn’t let this diagnosis become me and stay me. It was so relieving to know what I was experiencing was called something. And then to know what direction to go with it.
