She shared her positive experiences with working in a supportive environment, expressing openness to new possibilities while emphasizing that her focus is on what will ease the transition for her and her oldest son. She highlighted the importance of maintaining habits like regular exercise and a balanced diet during pregnancy to make the postpartum period smoother.

She discussed the significance of proper nutrition postpartum, noting that many moms overlook the increased calorie needs for healing and milk production. She recommended continuing prenatal vitamins, eating a balanced breakfast, and incorporating walking as part of postpartum care. Brooke also encouraged moms to be kind to themselves and seek support if struggling, emphasizing that postpartum doesn’t have to be a period of survival mode.

Reflecting on her own journey, she has learned to embrace and find gratitude in her experiences, including challenges such as miscarriages and raising a child with special needs. Brooke’s focus on gratitude and balancing work with quality family time has brought her joy, especially through small pleasures like coffee and dedicated family moments.
