Grief is not a disease. It is not an illness that needs to be done with and moved through quickly.

So what do you do, when grief is overshadowing our lives, and it feels like joy is not possible for us again?

-You might have to do things that don’t feel very good. Things that scare you. Things that hurt

-Asking for help even though it’s hard
